Life and Business Coaching
As your Coach, I will help you discover what's really most important to you in your life. Then I'll help you design a plan to achieve those goals we have identified. I'll work with you to overcome any obstacles that stand in your way. I believe that each of us has the power within us to make our life be what we want it to be. I see coaching as a partnership, a process of discovery that enables clients to find their own answers, to discover those decisions out of which lasting positive change grows. I coach the whole person. I believe you deserve the life you want.
I offer a few different packages for Coaching:
1. Email Only
- Initial 15 minute phone conversation.
- Ability to email questions/thoughts/goals and I will respond within 24 hours (Monday thru Friday).
2. Standard Coaching Package
- 2 phone based coaching sessions per month (45 mins each).
- Individually prepared plans and assignments.
- Email support (Monday thru Friday).
3. Manager Level Coaching
- 3 phone based coaching sessions per month (50 mins each).
- Individually prepared plans and assignments.
- Email support (Monday thru Friday).
- Instant Messenger Support (Monday thru Friday).
4. Executive Level Coaching
- 3 phone based coaching sessions per month (50 mins each).
- Interviews with your team.
- Individually prepared plans and assignments.
- Unlimited Email Support
- Instant Messenger Support (Monday thru Friday).
- Phone check-ins as needed (up to 15mins each).
One of the biggest misconceptions is that coaching is about giving advice. I will not tell you what to do. The reason to work with me is to empower yourself to listen to your own inner voice. Seeking outside help can be beneficial to your development and the achievement of your goals and dreams. I don't require long term contracts for coaching. It's month to month.
